Ready to use out of the box, Transforming Technologies ESD rubber table mats are cut from our outstanding supply of 2 layer ESD rubber rolls. These custom mats can fit most any unique situations. Choose a standard size mat or have us custom cut your mat to fit almost any unique application. All mats come with two grounding snaps installed in the corners of the mat and a common point ground cord.

The MT4500 Series ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats are made with our durable 2-ply rubber. It is constructed with two layers: A black conductive bottom layer and a static dissipative colored top layer which creates outstanding static eliminating performance. The static dissipative top layer absorbs the static from items placed upon it in safe, controlled manner and flows through the conductive bottom layer quickly to ground to be neutralized. Our ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats are tested and certified to ANSI ESDs20.20 standards for ESD Worksurfaces and test reports can be obtained by request. Learn more about ESD Standards at the ESDA.org
Two-Layer ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats Protect Your Tables
Our MT4500 Series ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats protect your worksurface from wear-and-tear of the manufacturing process. The durable rubber matting provides great protection against most general use applications – cutting, scraping, gouging, sliding – nothing is too much for our two-layer ESD rubber pre-cut table mats. For working on electronics, the ESD Rubber Mats offer excellent resistance to hot solders, soldering irons and most solvents.
MT4500 series is 0.080″ thick are available in various sizes and packaged individually with two (2) 10 mm snaps and a common point ground cord.
